The Campus Comet

Claire Maxcey

When Claire Maxcey isn’t stressing over school or worried about running in tennis, you might catch her laid up on her couch with her awesome dog, Millie. Maxcey enjoys watching the occasional Netflix, eating burgers, and trying to avoid weight room at all costs. Although she might sound lazy, she is constantly on the tennis courts in search for another state gold medal to add to her collection. Most days she would rather be hiking through the Grand Canyon along with relaxing on a beach in Mexico. With the countless hours she has spent doing schoolwork, Maxcey is hoping that she will be able to attend Texas A&M University in 2019 with a major in geology.
