Debate is a fun competitive speaking event. In debate, we travel to UIL meets to compete in both LD and CX debate. If you enjoy public speaking, researching current events, and staying up to date on important issues debate is perfect for you. 

Topics for the 22/23 school year,

LD Fall topic:

Resolved:  Amateur status ought to be valued above commodification of Name Image Likeness.

CX topic:

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its security cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in one or more of the following areas: artificial intelligence, biotechnology, cybersecurity.
