“Outside of school, my priorities are mostly my religion and spending time with my family and friends. My future goals are to travel the world before I settle down, Greece is at the top of my list. I also want to be able to get a nice enough job where I can afford that two-story house on a hill. My favorite thing about Fredericksburg is that everybody knows everybody; a big sense of community. I don’t think I could live in a city because I agree with growing where your seed is planted. My biggest supporter is definitely my mom. She always listens to my life problems. She’s a really good mom. Vase was an interesting experience. I liked connecting with people through art. I met a lot of new people. (Rylie’s piece, El Perro con Botas was inducted into Cannon Hall in the US Capitol, as a part of the Congressional Art Competition.) It was very fun; I enjoyed being recognized for art. People usually don’t take the time to recognize art, and I felt special.”
