“I have been going to the gym for three months because I want to better myself. I have improved in a lot of things. My favorite workout is bench press and my PR is 155. My favorite film is Fight Club. I can relate to Tyler Durden getting stuck in a monotony of everyday life. In high school, my toughest part has been homework, but I’m doing all right. I was afraid of not knowing anyone coming to high school, not meeting new people. If I were a teacher, I would like to be a history teacher, not because I like it, but because I feel like I can do it pretty well. History has to be fun and has to have accurate representations as well. I feel like I can make the right formula. My favorite grade was 5th grade. 5th grade was peak because of all of the drama. My biggest supporter in life has been my mom; she has been since day one. If I had to give advice to someone younger than me, it would be: If you put in enough work, you’ll always see results. I feel more passionate about doing music. I have been producing beats for three years, and I’m planning to do it after high school. Jay electronica is my favorite artist in music.”

About the Contributor
Alejandro Jaimes is a sophomore at Fredericksburg High School. When he isn’t at school trying to pay attention at his classes, he is most likely laying down in bed with his phone thinking what to do or trying to practice for a test. He also likes to have money in his wallet, so he also works with his dad a few days per week. When he has free time, he likes to make plans with his friends driving around town or working out at the gym. One thing that many people don’t know about Jaimes is that he likes to spend time alone listening to music.
